Christmas in The White House

Yesterday I saw a program in HGTV channel. The program was about christmas in The White House. They showed all the decorations that the first lady chose to decorate Christmas Day. Every room inside of The White House was decorated with different ornaments like garlands and stars. One of the main decorations in The White House is the Large Uncle Sam who was located on the main entrace of the house to receive the visitors. Another is The White House gingerbread decoration located in the State Room, the Blue Room Tree and Santa Claus. Every year in The White House the First Lady organize a big christmas party with special meals and deserts for all the visitors. The First Lady starts to prepare everything in March because decorate The White House is a difficult job.

International Cusine

International Cusine was one of my favorites courses that I took to learn to cook. I had an excellent teacher. He taught me to cook a lot of recipes. The recipes included one appetizer, the main plate and the desert. Also he gave me some tips for cooking delicious meals and deserts. This course was expensive because the ingredients that we used to cook were very expensive. International Cusine require to use different kinds of appliances to cook like big oven, special skillets, pots and pans, etc. I like to cook and I really enjoy when I do this.

Facebook

Facebook is a very famous webpage in internet. Register in facebook is very easy and free. A lot of people use this page to keep communication with their family and friends, especially if they live outside of their native countries. In this page you can put your pictures, you can have the list of all your contacts, receive messages, etc. In facebook you can find people who you didn't see for long time. Also you can meet new people like your friends's friends. There is a long list of many contacts for all over the world. Personally, I don't like facebook because I think it is not very private. But I know a lot of people who like this webpage and they can't live without it.

Christmas

Christmas is celebrated every year in many countries. December 24 and December 31 are the more special days of the month. Christmas symbols are christmas tree and the nativity. People use to decorate their houses with many christmas ornaments like Santa Claus, Snowmen, Reindeer, etc. Also, people use to put the gifts under the tree. The gifts are given to the children after the baby Jesus born. On Dec 24 and Dec 31 people use to prepare a big dinner for all the family. After 12 o'clock people go out to enjoy the rest of the night. Additionally, people on these days wear new clothes like a complement of the celebrations. I love Christmas and I can wait for these days. Happy Christmas and New Year.

Nativity

The nativity is a christian tradition. Every year people built a new nativity. People use to pray every night in front of the nativity. This tradition start in December 16 to December 24. The nativity represent the birth of Jesus Christ. The nativity is formed by Mary, Joseph, the three wise men, the angel David, and the animals like sheep, donkey, cow, etc. People use to sing and play instruments at the end of each ceremony and offer food to the participants and children.
The last day of the ceremony December 24 people use to offer a big dinner and give thanks to God for the last year and the new year. People use to put Jesus baby at 12 o'clock in the nativity. This a pretty day to share with family and friends. I love christmas day.

Sushi

Sushi was originated in Japan. Sushi is one of my favorites meals. I like to eat sushi specially when the fish is fresh. There are a lot of kinds of sushi. The most common is sushi served rolled inside of alga. Sushi is always served with rice. The sushi can serve in a rice roll and in the center of this, the sushi chef put a little pieces of seafood like salmon, tuna, avocado, crab,etc. Also the sushi can serve in different form, the sushi chef can serve the fish on top of the rice. Sometimes the sushi chef put on top of the rice sesame seeds. The sushi is served with ginger, soy sauce and wasabi. I enjoy when I go to eat sushi.

The Wizard of Oz

Today I finished to read the book called The Wizard of Oz. I remember watched the movie when I was child, but I never read the book before. This book is really good for me, because I don't like to read a lot. This book is make for children, that's means easy to read. The letter's book is enough big to read and the book has some pictures to keep the attention of the reader. I liked a lot to read this book and I am very happy because I understand the story. I don't understood the meaning of all the worlds, but I got the idea of the story. I want to continue reading books like this. I think that it is a good progress for me.

Plastic Surgery

Nowadays, plastic surgery is very popular in the world. Years ago it was using to fix problems of deformation in the human bodies. On these days plastic surgery is using to fix problems of people's vanity and deformation in the human bodies. Women are very worried for their appearances and they want to use quickly treatments with quickly results that help their to fix their problems in their bodies or faces. They know that plastic surgery can fix all these problems in a short time. Also with the surgery they can change their bodies or faces to look more youngest and attractives. I think if a woman really needs to use this kind of surgery, it is correct to use it, but it is only for vanity, I think she should accepts her appearances who it is.

Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

Rockefeller Center is located in midtown Manhattan. Every year, on December 3 they put a new christmas tree. It is located in the center's plaza near the skating ring. This tree has 72 foot and 40 feet round. The tree was decorated with 30.000 lights and a crystal start. The tree was donated for a family of New Jersey. Rockefeller Center for this time has been visiting for a lot of tourist who can to see the christmas tree. Also people can skating in the center's plaza with this wonderfull view of the tree. On the ceremony day, they have a lot of entertainers to enjoy the people who can to see the tree. I love christmas tree and I like smell them. Christmas tree and all the decorations bring happiness to my life.
